Self-Pay Rates and Fees
Assessment - Alfred Jones: $225 / Staff Clinicians: $175.00
Individual Session - Alfred Jones: $165 / Staff Clinicians: $120.00
Couples and/or Family Session - Alfred Jones: $185 / Staff Clinicians: $140.00
Medical Records Retrieval Fee - $50.00
Letter/Documentation Fee - $25.00
For your convenience, we request that you keep a credit card on file with our secure EHR system. We accept all major credit cards, cash, money order, FSA and HSA cards.
We do not accept personal checks.
