Anger Management/Life Coaching Programs

Life Coaching

Life Coaching services are provided for individuals who wish to improve their personal development and achieve a greater sense of self-awareness. Our services can help you navigate difficulties in your personal and professional life.

How is Life Coaching different from Psychotherapy?

Our Life Coaching services are designed to help individuals who are experiencing everyday life stressors, feeling “stuck” in their personal or professional life, or those that need a solution-focused approach to achieving overall well-being. Life Coaching is not for patients who are seeking treatment for mood disorders, addiction, grief, or trauma. Please keep in mind that there are many other conditions where psychotherapy would be more appropriate. If you are unsure whether Psychotherapy or Life Coaching would be a good fit for your current needs, please do not hesitate to contact us.

How can Life Coaching help?

  • Learn to achieve and maintain a work-life balance
  • Challenge yourself to identify negative or unhelpful thinking patterns
  • Learn to develop new and healthier ways of thinking
  • Get rid of bad habits and replace them with healthier ones
  • Set goals and become empowered to achieve them
  • Learn how to incorporate assertiveness and other social skills into your personal and professional life

Anger Management

Anger Management services are provided for individuals who are having difficulty with aggressive behavior, outbursts, or constant conflict with those around them. Our services can help you to gain the self-awareness, self-control, and other skills to help you regulate your thoughts and behavior.

How is Anger Management different from Psychotherapy?
